1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the luxebet platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the luxebet Platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

luxebet reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) luxebet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

luxebet supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the luxebet Platform are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. luxebet does not manipulate game results.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, luxebet reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. luxebet's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the luxebet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of luxebet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of luxebet.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luxebet, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

luxebet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact luxebet support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. luxebet will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
